		<description><![CDATA[The book is definitely a good read.  Reducing animal protein is a great first step towards better health.  I&#039;m not convinced we all need to go vegan but we can reduce our animal protein a lot.  However, if i was sick with cancer, I would go full vegan asap.]]></description>
